How to use Job Hub
A quick guide to finding remote US roles, tracking applications, and getting the most out of each tab.
π Search tab β find real jobs
This is where you pull live, current job listings. Every result is a real posting that links to the actual application page.
- Pick what to search. Either type a keyword (e.g. Sales Enablement) in the Search keyword box, or leave it blank and activate skills in the purple Skills section above by clicking them. Active skills turn solid purple.
- Multiple terms = OR. Comma-separated keywords, or several active skills, each run as their own search and the results are combined. So more terms = broader coverage.
- Narrow it down. Use the Exclude box to drop unwanted terms (e.g. director, VP, intern), and the Work type (Remote/Hybrid/On-site) and Employment (Full-time/Part-time/Contract) toggles.
- Click π Find Jobs. Real listings appear below from Adzuna, Remotive, and 41 company career pages, filtered to remote US roles.
- Save the good ones. Click + Save to pipeline on any result to add it to your tracker. Saved jobs disappear from search so you don't see them twice.
π‘ Repeat searches are cached for 30 minutes so they load instantly. Click refresh in the status line to force fresh results.
π Pipeline tab β track your applications
Your personal job tracker. Everything you save lands here.
- Stat boxes up top show your counts at a glance. Click any box (Applied, Interviewing, Offers, etc.) to filter the board to just that status. Click it again or click Tracked to see everything.
- Move jobs between stages by dragging a card to another column, or using the β buttons on each card.
- Add a job by hand with the + Add manually button β useful for roles you found elsewhere.
- Apply β on a card opens the original posting.
- Clear all saved data at the bottom wipes your pipeline and cached searches if you want a fresh start.
π Job Sites tab β search elsewhere
Two kinds of sources here:
- In-App Live Search (Adzuna, Remotive, Company Career Pages) β these feed the results shown right inside the Search tab. The company chips list every employer being searched; click any to open their careers page directly.
- External sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, FlexJobs, etc.) β these don't allow pulling jobs into the app, so checking them and clicking Open Selected Sites opens each in a new browser tab with your search already filled in.
βοΈ Skills section β tune your match
- Click any skill to toggle it on (purple) or off (gray). Active skills are used as search terms when the keyword box is empty.
- Double-click a skill to rename it; click the Γ to remove it; use + Add skill to add your own.
- All on / All off toggle everything at once. Import/Export CSV lets you back up or bulk-edit your skill list.
β
A good first run
- Go to Search. Leave the keyword blank.
- In the Skills section, turn on a couple of core skills like Sales Enablement and Learning and Development.
- Make sure Remote is checked under Work type.
- Click π Find Jobs.
- Save the ones you like, then head to Pipeline to track them.
Every listing shown is a real, current posting. Job Hub never invents jobs β if nothing matches, try fewer filters or broader terms.
